unBoundAI Free Trial Program – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the free trial program (the “Program”) for unBoundAI, a conversational AI bot provided by unBoundAI (“we,” “us,” or “Company”), to participating customers (“Customer” or “you”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Overview
unBoundAI offers a three-month (3-month) complimentary usage period of its conversational AI bot, unBoundAI, during which time Customer may use the bot on their website or digital platform subject to the terms outlined herein.
2. Scope of Service
During the Program:
The bot will be hosted using the current pricing tier from the Customer’s website content and approved knowledge base.
The bot will carry branding and name, including an unBoundAI watermark or label.
The bot will carry “Powered by unBoundAI” as secondary branding, visible within the chat interface or adjacent to the chatbot.
3. Customer Commitments
By participating in the Program, Customer agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information with unBoundAI during the Program;
Refrain from using the bot for any illicit, immoral, case studies, and via unBoundAI’s website.
Collaborate with unBoundAI to co-create content, where applicable, for use in case studies and their deployment with the Program.
Allow unBoundAI to feature the Customer’s company name and website link via unBoundAI’s website, marketing material, and promotional materials for the purpose of showcasing Program participation.
4. Trial Duration and Renewal
The Program lasts for 90 calendar days (3 months) from the date of activation. At the end of this period, Customer can:
Choose to continue using unBoundAI under a paid subscription plan, subject to then-current pricing and terms, or Discontinue use of the bot without further obligation.
5. Analytics and Performance Updates
Throughout the Program, unBoundAI will provide periodic updates regarding the performance and usage metrics of the unBoundAI bot deployed on the Customer’s site. These insights are intended to support optimization and demonstration of value.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to unBoundAI, including all underlying technology, software, and intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of unBoundAI. Nothing in these Terms grants Customer any ownership rights in the unBoundAI platform.
7. Termination
unBoundAI reserves the right to terminate a Customer’s participation in the Program at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the service. Customers may also opt out of the Program at any time through their API to begin Level 1 with any refunds or following termination.
8. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The Program and the bot are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall unBoundAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the bot or any breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Free-Trial AI Agents – Demo License Grant
Subject to these Terms, unBoundAI grants Customer a limited (the “Site”). You hereby grant unBoundAI, the (“unBoundAI” site,”) NOT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable License to:
Use, copy, modify, display, perform, and distribute the AI Agent (including its name, description, training data, prompts, responses, and any associated metadata) solely for demonstration, marketing, or promotional purposes on your website and as part of the Site or in any unBoundAI marketing materials (online or offline).
Embed derivative works of the AI Agent (e.g., chatbot models, highlight real-world use cases, or performance metrics) for the same limited purposes.
Nothing besides what is Free Trials AI – public preview, highlight AI and word ideas not extend to any paid or professional Agents. You represent and warrant that: You have the right to grant this license and that the AI Agent does not infringe any third party rights.
You will not use the AI Agent for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Upon termination of the Playground through email at support@unBoundAI.com. Upon revocation, We will remove the AI Agent from public demo areas within 30 days, provided no independent copy has already been distributed under a sublicense.
